Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, it is! As a thank you to our customers, shipping costs are on us.
What is my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Where can I get updates on my order?
We put together a handy shipping guide here, Shipping & Delivery. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for a detailed breakdown of delivery times based on your location. These times are based from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on demand and your location, delivery time will vary.
Do you ship as usual during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes. We’re doing our best to keep our usual shipping times. We are processing your orders in 3 to 5 business days as normally; however minor delays might occur in delivery times due to operational difficulties at our shipping partners.
Can I get COVID-19 from packages?
No, the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html), the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses), as well as the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Since we are a U.S.A. based company, we process all orders in USD currency. If you are located in another country, during checkout your order will automatically be converted at the current exchange rate.
My item arrived damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
